Outreach Programme Activities (2025-26): Public Health Care Services means monitor health status to identify and solve community health problems, diagnose and investigate health problems and health hazards in the community, inform, educate, and empower people about health issues, develop policies and plans that support individual and community health efforts etc. Tribal Health Care Research Programme (THCRP) under TSP and Women and Child Health Care Programme (WCH) under SCSP are such a Mobile Health Care Services through which health care services were provided to the peoples of different communities in outreach area.
